Nocturnal Hunter

This is such a strong drawing of a rather striking animal. I love the mediums you used. It's very contemporary and exactly what the illustration industry in particular are eager for, with your sharp black outlines and accuracy in photo-realism.
I can almost imagine this in a children's story book or even a horror/fantasy book for adults or teens.
The background is interesting too. The colours chosen are quite spooky in some sense, contrasting and an unusual combination.
My only criticism is that I'd like to see the entire owlbat's body. Without seeing his bottom half, I kind of get the impression he has human legs. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/x/x…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title="XD"/> Or maybe that is just me being weird.
Impressive though!
